Shown above in her recent return to Chicago, Skye Halverton is a half-elven woman of around nineteen years of age. Daughter of Carlee Halverton, her father’s identity is unknown as of this report. Skye was raised by her mother and her the dwarven Stoutforge twins, Dondel and Grenna as her adopted aunt and uncle. She had a close relationship with all three as she grew up in Old Towne Chicago. She also had a close relationship with her adoptive grandfather, Sir Manx Silverwing.

Unknown to most, she was watched over from a young age by the Great Dragon Sazarial the Silver in his guise as Roland. As a young girl, Skye was sought out by a squad of Imperial Knights from the Order of the Raven, believing that she was the key to claiming one of the Swords of Power. After the events of 2085 (Re: Report #287-D) Skye relocated with her family to the Aerie to be closely watched over by both her Grandfather and the Great Dragon.

After the first Battle of Chicago, Skye and her family disappeared for over seven years, only recently returning during the second Battle of Chicago. Skye’s magical ability is unsurpassed by modern standards. Skye needs no spell components, no semantic movements, and verbalizations to form magical energies at her whim. Only Merlin, the Great Sage of the Avalonian Circle, is known to manipulate magical energies in the same manner. She is also in possession of one of the Swords of Power. The sword Caliburn was last seen in the possession of the Great King Arthur Pendragon during the Great War in the early 20th century.

Skye is uncannily cagey for a young woman of her age. This is likely due to a combination of her upbringing, training, and the consultation of both the bronze dragon Raziel and the sword Caliburn. She is not to be taken lightly, and I would suggest to this council to leave her to her own devices if at all possible. While Chicago remains a member of the Global Mega City Council, I would not recommend making any overtures toward Skye or those around her. It would likely be less dangerous to attempt working around her if the need arises than attempting to bring her under any semblance of control or manipulation.

As her confidence, skill, and magical capabilities grow, I suggest keeping a close watch on her development. While Skye has proven herself to be compassionate and caring, she has also shown a single-minded determination when confronted with what she sees as a threat to herself or those around her.
